The Montecristo Relief Organization is donating $25,000 to Haitian earthquake relief. In addition, The Montecristo Relief Organization will match dollar for dollar the first $125,000 in contributions made by Altadis USA employees, customers, consumers and vendors. Already on the ground in Haiti, Food for the Poor is currently providing immediate assistance to the earthquake victims and will continue to provide on-going aid and relief for the rebuilding efforts. What were your favorite cigars of 2009? What about your favorite beers, wines, scotches?
When we have our tastings every Thursday, we try a different drink each night. The ones that stick out the most are,
For Single Malt Scotch: I enjoyed Highland Park, Balvenie, Glenrothes
Owning a cigar shop, I can have a different cigar every day. These cigars are the ones I would go to over and over.
For Cigars:

Malfetano
I can't pick a wine or beer. I don't drink beer anymore...I prefer wine and scotch. For wine, we sell over 500 bottles. I like to try something new each time. I can say I don't think you should buy wine based on price. Try different wines you'll be surprised with the results of taste vs price.
