Designer

Meet with the designer today. He will be designing the logos for the store and cigar line. He will also be recommending themes, colors and more for the lounge. We have an initial layout set for the store and lounge, I'll post some of the details soon.

Demo

The demo is half done. The whole space should be gutted by the middle of next week. The heat/air and electric are the first things that need to be done. We have an interior designer coming Saturday (tomorrow) to give us ideas on the set up, colors, and theme of the lounge.

Roof

It looks like the roof is going to be a headache. It leaks in 10-15 spots mostly in our liquor store back room. There are a few spots that leak in the cigar store and we cant take any chances with water in there. Hopefully we can get a new roof installed reasonably priced.

Renovation Started

We started gutting the 3200 sq ft space next to our liquor store on Monday. We will be building a cigar store. The store will have retail space with a walk in humidor. A large lounge where people can smoke their cigars inside (rare in MA). And more!!!! Check back regularly we will be updating this blog as we move forward. Also check out the process as we create our own cigar brand. We will try to post everyday along with pictures of the renovation. We welcome your comments or suggestions.
